Do you want fabulous abs? Are you willing to work a little to have them? If so, The Little Abs Workout Book, by Erika Dillman, will help you on your way. This deceptively little book is packed with five complete workout routines, more than thirty exercises, and a wealth of tips on how to strengthen you abs. By developing you abs you will not only be sculpting your body, but also improving your posture, strengthening your back muscles, and improving your overall health.

The Little Abs Workout Book provides a concise, easy to follow workout schedule and training plan that is perfect for both beginners and more advanced students. These workout routines can be easily modified to accommodate your schedule and your level of physical fitness. Tips on how to modify each exercise are included. Dillman clearly explains just what the abs are, and how to 'get great abs'. She also explains how to get the 'most' out of this book. In addition to the detailed instructions, each exercise is also accompanied by illustrations that show you the correct placement of your body when doing the various exercises.

As Dillman states in her introduction, "The Little Abs Workout Book is not about whipping yourself into shape, but about learning how to train your abs safely and effectively to achieve a stronger, more attractive body..." This is a book for 'regular' people who want firmer abs and by reading, and faithfully doing the exercises in this book, you'll develop a stronger back, a flatter stomach, and better posture in an amazingly short time! The only downside to this book is that you have to actually do the exercises. Reading the book alone will not do it - sorry...

Remember to always check with your doctor before beginning a new exercise regiment.
